★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of their courier services. THE WORST COURIER SERVICE EVER. Go to any other DTDC vendor but not them.
•Firstly the owner sweet talks you into believing they are totally reliable. The only thing they are good at is marketing. They would take name of prominent people and fool you into believing in their services. They are ALL TALKS, NO ACTION.
•The rate they charge is 90/kg...which is hell lot expensive than the value they provide. There is no transperancy as they assure you about giving a pic of weighing scale while measuring but they don't .
And so they LOOT YOUR MONEY here.
•They are very unprofessional people as they USED MY PEPPER SPRAY on my house owner while packing. It is very wrong to use the customer's belongings.
•They don't know how to pack as ALL MY FRAGILE ITEMS GOT DAMAGED.Infact they didn't put in any effort in packing methodically, they just dump the items in carton and pack them.
