★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 stars because the DTDC corporate and this franchisee aren't in proper agreement with each other. DTDC shows many pincodes and locations nearby as serviceable, whereas the franchisee has always mentioned to be outside of delivery range, hence not serviceable.
Get a room and get it sorted ASAP as people have to come to collect parcel from the office if delivery location is not serviceable by franchisee
