one way call, if we miss then cannot connect to the deliver person
customer care never pick, after waiting 1 hour it connects and still they do not help and disconnect call without listning
delivery is pathetic, take 5-8 days just to transfer item from local warehouse to home. so many mistakes
dont use this DTDC
P.S : he delivered product on 9th day successfully. He just stole my Reebok branded shoes.
