★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perhaps it is not the fault of the people who run this particular office, but I shipped a box of clothes, books, and shoes from this branch, and I never received most of my items. My box was most certainly tampered in transit and someone stole nearly Rs 30,000 worth of goods from my box. I have received inconclusive responses so far and would urge others to not use DTDC courier service. Happily, there are several other on the markets. Clearly thieves are working in DTDC centers and the company is remarkably inept at figuring out who's stealing things. It remains to be seen whether I'll be paid anything for my loss.
