★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a call on arrival of courier on 24th December 21 @5pm and as I was not available at address so I request either to deliver at my Noida address or I can come and pick next day from DTDC office. Courier guy agree to handover at their office but after reaching their office at Ashok Nagar New Delhi on 25th December 21 @1pm they refused to handover courier and said that yesterday at 6pm courier was returned to sender address. It'stirally unprofessional approach by agency.
