Show parcels as delievered, and keep it for next 2 days, gives only when contacted on phone or compaint raised.
Happened 4 times with me, i m sure they are doing it with everyone.
Right now also 1 parcel is stuck with them.
Half of the time their phone n shop is closed only.
Worst service ever.
@DTDC, plz consider changing the franchise in the area.
1 star, coz cannot give 0 or minus stars.
