★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst courier ever. They are lazy, incompetent and too much slow. Do not book anything from this courier service. Example: parcel takes 3 days to arrive from Delhi, but takes 10 days to be delivered from Monteswar centre to Monteswar itself. They promise to deliver after keeping the parcel hold at their store room for 5-6 days, yet they dont. Moreover they do not pick up calls, even after seeing that a person is calling them 18-20 times, they do not call back. Worst experience ever. If you book anything, get ready to accept that your package was lost in transit.
