Employees behavior are very bad, they behave like they are doing favour on us and not providing services on time after taking money.
This courier is only have name, no commitment nothing.
Its better to go for local courior services, they are far more better and responsive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst courier service....they didn't even try to deliver the parcel and when I track online it was showing "receiver was not available" and not a single call from the delivery boy and when I visited office my parcel was there for another 2 consecutive days....they didn't even try to deliver on another day also and when I asked about clarification they told it was already late 9 PM so v didnt deliver and just to put some reason online we selected "receiver was not available"....one of the worst courier service provider

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though I haven't faced much of a delay or improper behaviour from the staff from the dtdc, the service was actually really really not up to the mark and is not recommended at all...
All my favourite fragile items got broken when I used their service to shift. So it was a total loss..neither did I get the things safe nor gotten value for the money I paid...
