★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience.. they take the money, but when it comes to delivery, they will deny. Courier boy will ask to come 6 7 km and take ur parcel or else he will return it. Very pathetic. Though we have dtdc office in our location.then too.

Earlier was on a different shop in the same market and after Covid, it had moved to a smaller unit.
There is ample of free parking space available in the market.
The staff is helpful and helped me with selection of courier packages/boxes.
Suggested on how I can save money with going with a different packing rather than the one which I had selected. Once I had decided on the cheaper option, the person packed the stuff himself and weighed it.
After that the person explained that they pickup courier from home as well, however in that case, we need to keep the packet packed and ready.
There was no rush as I was the only one customer during that time, the entire process took less than 5mins.
I was Happy with the suggestion made and would recommend this Dtdc location.Thanks
