Do not even call you on time to receive your parcel from their office itself
The package received was damaged without any accountability from the courier services
Do not book your parcel from the company if it is too urgent

They took my courier charged me without even weighing it and when courier didn't reached its destination they stoped picking my calls.... Like seriously being a small entrepreneur this company is total harrasment

Both delivered successfully on time.
Additionally , DTDC owner did the parcel packing free of cost.
Overall, i am happy with services provided.
