★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a pathetic service, unprofessional employees. They took 28 days for my documents to declare that Naubatpur is a non-serviceable area. I kept on calling them but no one will give you exact status. you keep on calling call center agent, they will ask your problem and will tell you that a complaint has been lodged. But nothing actually happens. You will call them again and tell them your prob afresh. This keeps on going.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such irresponsibility, negligence they show its wonder they are working. My consignment which was booked from Bangalore on 25 September still not delever in actuality till 27, October 2020 and without delivering they updated the status as delivered . Raised the complaint no17631543, without any response or solution they closed the case. They don't respond on customer care no. They are absolutely making fun of customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have sent courier 12 days back. Still it's not reached to customer. We are doing follow ups on daily basis. There is no response for calls and mail. Very worst franchise. They are acting like provide free of cost. Even one star also not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They dont deliver to your address. A straight forward address where amazon and other online deliveries are hassle free DTDC courier guy is unable to find. Have they heard about google map or not? They simple tell you to pick it up from exhibition road.
I dont see any improvement after so many negative reviews. Headoffice must take action. I will file a complaint there also.
They must deliver item at door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dtdc courier services are their employees are worst. NO accountability No Ownership at all.. package lying in the warehouse from past 3 days.. everyday status is out for delivery, but no proper communication from DTDC.. I get a msg like undelivered due to covid.. seriously!!
Also, thier customer agents..worst..worst worst.. never ever recommend DTDC..

Suggest everyone not use DTDC use local couriers instead of this. Prefer blue dart.
