Thanks for help. I have one more query. One of my Courier dispatched yesterday around 7:30 PM & delivered 7 PM yesterday as in tracking status. But I have not received yet. I am attaching screenshot of the same. AWB X69781761. Can you resolve the issue?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent some documents needed urgently via SpeedPost, it's been 6 days now, they haven't been able to deliver.
At this rate, I'm sure a turtle would've delivered earlier than these good for nothing folks.
Avoid at all chance, this isn't a good courier service.
