They charge very high for sure delivery date and then do not even answer your call.
Story:
They picked up order on 28th of April 2022, and they charged Rs 800 Extra for sure delivery on 5th of May 2022. Upon asking the Agency and DTDC about the whereabouts of courier they told (Both) I need to be patient and there are technical issues with my Consignment.
both DTDC and Reliable Courier service are very poor at customer interaction (only after payment) before payment these guys were so helpful and understanding.
Also they opened my packed stuff and asked Rs 400 extra to pack it in a better way which also I paid. Please do not trust them with your important stuff or any stuff I would say.
Please look for better courier services.

About the fake review, you did not answer calls, did not reply to whatsapp once you have received money. Before getting money you were kind helpful and readily available for answering the call. So call it fake or whatever, you agency have done nothing to help. you have sent my package about 4 days (technically 3 days) late.
you re-packaged my parcel without me being on video call.
as still I do not know where about of my package, you have done nothing to help but to come online and respond with soory (I hope you mean sorry).
for everyone they do not respond once they have your money, please be smart enough before choosing them to send your package
