★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience, no professionalism, i had submit my parcel to this branch in the morning, but i mentioned bad reviews on google so that representative called me & told me they will not process my courier due to my review so they requested me to remove the same but i denied so they removed from their side & when i reached at this DTDC branch, no one available & no one answered my call, i am waiting for 1hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally not recommended. No resolution to query given,the guy on the phn is highly arrogant,would cut ur call in half..They feel that we are stupid calling them for our courier. Totally unprofessional,rude and non responsive staff. I request everyone not to use services of this franchise,seems like DTDC have sold the franchise to a wrong person... Don't waste ur money and time engaging with this franchise. ALL the positive responses seems to be fake,i would rate them negative had there been an option. I totally recommend DTDC but not this franchise...
