★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parcel was stuck at bhandup center from one week. I kept calling every day but I didnt recieve parcel. They kept saying I will receive by today or tomorrow. In the end I had to spend money from my own pocket again to collect myself. Disgusting service. They don't even help you or give you any satisfactory answers. Never again use this company. It takes hardly few minutes to reach mulund from bhandup but I hv been waiting for more than a week now. After calling service center they keep saying it is stuck in bhandup. What should I do about all these matters its companies matters not mine to look out for all these things. Worst experience. Save your money dont order from here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is not the first complaint on Bhandup branch ,DTDC courier.here manager is also cheat, irresponsive.where a manager is cheat, irresponsible, how would we trust on the branch and branch people..my parcel had stuck in Bhandup branch since last 2 days and I stay at mulund So I had called to the brach n spoken with the manager where I was informed parcel would be delivered that day itself..not getting my parcel ,same day @6 o clock when I called, the fellow did not pick up my phone and disconnect my phone repetetaly. It is the worst exp i have had from Bhandup DTDC.if the management is realy carring, concerned abt customers, looking forward for a sustainable business ahead and reviewing customers feedback thoroughly for mutual growth than definitely they would take some corrective measures and ensures same is not repeated henceforth.
