Least concerned to update their website about delivery status.
Visited thrice to Bhandup Branch but the attended is least concerned to provide the right response. I have experienced total unprofessional Service and hence will never recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was mentioned on the cover still the delivery guy was like he couldn't find my building. Mobile number was also mentioned on the courier still they were saying there's no mobile number. One guy from Nerul office really helped me and delivered my order in one day. But guy called Laxman who's head of Bhandup branch is very rude and don't have any manners on how to talk to a customer. If you want your business to grow then hire some people who have good manners . I paid extra to the seller for one day delivery and that Bhandup guy was telling me that delivery can happened on the next day. If it was not a birthday gift then it would have not been a problem but it was a birthday so it was urgent. Other staff , delivery guy and guy from nerul office was very kind and cooperative but that LAXMAN was very rude.
