In purulia it is located on the deshbandhu road.....near nistarani women's college . If anyone sent some parcel to you through DTDC service it will first come to this office and after receiving the office staff will deliver the parcel to your home....so it's a Hassle free services and also the service is fast....they also provide you a consignment number through which you can track your order .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely unprofessional. I had a parcel to arrive from Kolkata that was booked under premium service and supposedly to be delivered in a day, it had medicines for a dying puppy. Well, it never arrived. But when I called the no. Provided in Google asking about the parcel, the person picking up the phone was both the times outside and was quite casually saying that if it comes you will get it. Lastly, I asked the no. For someone in the office and was provided with one who tracked down the parcel and said it hadn't arrived then. Next day personally my father went to enquire about the parcel, and this man again misled us with information stating that the parcel will come the next day, even after repeatedly requesting to check. He told there is no surity and we might get it in a week. He again told that there is some other office of their's at Bhagabandh para that will get the parcel first. On enquiring about the phone no. And the address, the person told they won't be helping us out and even was reluctant to give the address or direction stating it will be difficult to locate the office. We got the phone no. however after convincing this person and when we called later, we did not experience any such behaviour of the person in the other office. We got our parcel, it had arrived that day morning and was handed out to us.
