★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called the person first time they said we do not collect parcel from Vidyavihar East , which is actually only a few minutes walk over the bridge.
Next time I called they said we will collect parcel at 12 pm. No show !
Then they said 5 pm again no show.
The least they could have done was give us the address of their East branch.
Though they say they are professionals , I am extremely sorry to say this branch is useless.
