★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class service. Extremely impolite customer care. Package arrived at kalyan hub on 22nd November 2020 and not delivered to Dombivli till 9th December 2020. Those people just call and do time pass and give false promise of package delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manager, service, staff not worth even one star. I am really surprised why they are doing this business when they are not able to handle. My parcel was in their godown last 5 days and they marked as delivered on their site status. On calling they are not receiving the calls. My staff had to go personally there and wait for one and half hour to get my parcel collected. On that parcel was also damaged. A BIG NO FOR DTDC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My consignment received here on 19 Aug but still not delivered. Secondly yesterday got message out for delivery but not received. When tracked the same it shows address incomplete or wrong. How it can be ? Same service provider delivered many consignment previously on same address. Why they have not called me if they do not find address. Very worst service. Customer care number is nobody taking. Some how contacted DGM and he told me it will be delivered today but no communication and now DGM also not taking my phone. Actually I want to give 0 star but no option to put this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parcel is stuck there, when received call from the executive she had no professional level to talk, rude and full of attitude. She was only Interested if I am planning to send any courier. Worst service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service, they just disconnect the call without receiving or don't pick at all, I don't understand why DTDC is spoiling their brand name with employees like this, if they don't want to answer then why are they working, close the shop and go or DTDC please recruit some professional and serious people, who knows their work and are willing to work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had couriered from Kerala to Mumbai via premium, but have not yet received my product, it was whole plants, the delivery time you say is 24 hours when you take the premium, but after 96 hours I have not yet received my product,No one even takes a call to a customer care number, I just copy my bill and put it in. I have to refund the full amount, if you have the decency.You have put us on dtdc with someone who has no information and no education, does not even know how to speak straight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never use this branch for courier service. There won't be any response, delay courier and they themself enter successfully delivered without delivery. They spoil the name of DTDC. God i never going to use this DTDC again in my life.
