★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The services from Kalyan Jeet Choudhary DTDC courier service is very bad, send one part of machine it's urgent to deliver within 2 days until not recieved material I'll paid money also, and mr Choudhary says don't worry it will deliver tomorrow evening now this person will not receiving my call I just request to Main (D Corporate Office ) please look into it and take some action Thanks

I had sent a parcel ( Urgent speed post ) from Kalyan to Ahmednagar. The parcel contain important items which had to be delivered within a day. Chargers for Urgent Delivery was 600 (2kgs)
It has been two days from now . The parcel hasn't been delivered yet and the courier office isn't responding to my calls

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly, i have to put this review is because, they were very rude when i enquired them about my parcel, which they had updated on the website as delivered and in real, it wasn't. It showed delivered on 12 july '21, but actually, after several complaints and enquiries i received it on 15 or 16th july '21. On the website if you look at the documents that they ve uploaded for a particular parcels delivery, if you closely observe, you ll find that, they themselves write the name of all the consignee and even the signatures are done by them, in same handwriting. I found it extremely amusing, as they are not worried about getting caught hold of thier false practices. Extremely disappointing. But i must mention customer care does help. My tracking id was A91868656.
