★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dtdc has been providing relly good service all through. But my last experience with dtdc was extremely pathetic. I ordered a medical equipment from mumbai to pune , even after 10th day i had not recieved the parcel. My parcel got misrouted. I call on all possible dtdc service numbers but nobody responded properly. Finally i had to travel 20km to n fro to pic my parcel from delivery hub. If you are charging 500 rps for delivering a parcel , when you are not delivering it on time ? Lockdown as impacted us all esp me being a doctor and parcel was a medical equipment which ws lying there in kothrud pune city for 6 days till i myself picked it up . Its upsetting. Dtdc ppl need to look over this

Charging Rs. 450 for a small parcel of document of 40 gram (From Pune to Bhopal).. it is very over proced.
