★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good sosciety environment. Good exterior area. Very strong built-up of basic structure with common amenities. Like security, lift, gym, children's park and park amenities , club house.
But
1. bad quality of washroom and interior fittings.
Kitchen and dry balcony:- Dry balcony consumes max corner space for common drain pipes, water supply pipe and have poor quality drain fitting (In our case not provided by builders side), horrible for insects and pest control. Need waste more money for drain fitting and pest control. Only one appliences space either washing matching either dish washer, Unfavorable for kitchen handlers.
2. Common area and hygen: No pigeon nets. Unhygienic environment for dry balcony and common corridor area.
3. Electricity and pipe line fittings:
a. Unappropriate gallery electrical fittings which may be dangerous for iron sefty doors of gallery.
b. No extra pipe inlet for kitchen water purifier.
Which is not acceptable with saling cost.
