★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. During booking multiple promises were done in terms of amenities , parking , infra etc but not delivered. Parking space is very small and no visitor parking. Light back up and lift is not working properly. Always one lift is down due to some issue. Smell from tap water. Leakage at celling area of bathroom n water leakage in parking area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The behavior of Kohinoor people before selling flat and after selling flat is completely opposite. Once flat is sold they are least bother for the issues faced by flat owners. Also the construction quality is very poor and seems they use third graded material for construction. Moreover they will show that they will fix the issues, but they wont. They will just do some patching and say that the work is done. Also they do talk about high class amenities and all, but in real fact they do not even provide the basic amenities like water supply facility, proper parking.
