★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staying here from past 1 year. It's a pathetic place to stay at Pune. Let me start with Cons first:
Cons:
1. Frequent power cuts. Electricity meter got installed last month only, till then there were no meters installed. (For instance, there is no power from past 12 hours and no one knows when it'll come back).
2. No amenities
3. Security check is horrible. Anyone can enter the society.
4. Zero cleanliness
5. Dirty water in washrooms which smells like sewage all the time.
6. No connectivity. You'll rarely get a cab from here. (I've tried both Ola and Uber)
7. Although buildings are new but quality of material used for construction are very cheap
There are absolutely no pros. Suggest you to pay 1000-2000 bucks more and search for flats in other nearby societies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has been only 12 days that we moved here in a 2.5 BHK on rent. The entire kitchen has water flowing and filled upto ankle level, the bedroom is also having water dropping from the walls. Let alone the bad water treatment in the washrooms, the entire house has sepage and leakage apart from the dirty water coming from the taps.
P. S. Requesting the management to kindly pay heed. Your efforts to mend this will be appreciated! Well, only if! :/
