★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All show and no substance. Entrance and area near club house is impressive. Rest is subjective. Club House to tiny. Entrance to buildings is too narrow and buildings are too close to each other. No air or sunlight if you are on GF or FF.. The villas are huge but no privacy at all. No garden to talk of or open spaces anywhere. Prime example of 'CON', what is shown in brochure and what is delivered.

Worst society ever!
I would never recommend anyone to invest your hard earned money!
There is no maintanence in the society, no management team who looks after the issues that residents are raising.
No proper roads, the gates are always open no security guards in night.
Water supply is the major issue!
Water stinks alot and they provide dirty yellowish water in flush tanks!
Don't waste your money even in rent in this society.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice society. Villas are quite spacious and huge. Tuscan design is awesome. They have almost all the amenities in the society. Well maintained. Location will be very good in coming years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delayed possession, numerous promises made by builder that aren't fulfilled, mistakes in record keeping, shoddy construction work (who blocks an entire window to bring up a decorative external wall?!), demands for extra money without any justification. What a nightmare it has been to invest hard-earned money into their project!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful society with row houses, so the beauty about this place is that it is not expanding vertically, rather horizontally which makes it less if a concrete jungle and more of a beautiful place to live, you can see a really good sunset just from the 1st floor, there are good lawns and gardens spread out, good ramps and pavements to walk, and really good spacious flats, would recommend to a family who is looking for a place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First impression is the last impression.This is what happens when the sales team only is so pathetic to begin with. My husband and I visited the society’s sales office in order to make some basic enquiry but the way we were treated was horrible.They didn’t want to entertain us even a bit until we would fill a detailed form and give away all our personal and financial information. The saleswoman didn’t even try to explain us politely. She was busy sipping on her coffee and looked at us very disgustingly as if we were wasting her precious time.Such a rude staff! We were potential buyers but she drove us away because without “that one necessary formality of filling up the form” she wouldn’t even let us in. I can only imagine what it would be like living there if the preliminary treatment was this. A big No!
