★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless and incompetent bunch of people. They will smooth talk and butter you up until you book with them. Once you are under their control they will cease all communication and won't call unless they need you to pay them more money.
Have suffered a lot of mental tension and lot of financial losses buying a house from them. Stay away !

The entire facility was maintained in very pleasent manner with trained staff.
The proper parking also available for further smooth operation.
The mygate system also valuable for further security concerns.
Also need to mark ASSEMBLY POINT for further safety view of concern for visitors also.
