★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Builder VJ, made a false promise to thousands of families that are living and booked their home at Yashwin 2.0, Anand and Jeevan, that roads will be completed before possession and now they are saying we cannot do anything about roads. Its been 3 years that people are living in a village with no roads and street lights.

Common toilet ventilation location not properly placed
Plumbing issues
Wash basin have L-shape outlet which has to be cleaned as it gets chocked. ( yearly maintain)
Electrical boards sockets not proper.
Walls cannot hold screws for curtains.
Otherwise it’s a nice place .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good surrounding area..Construction quality is good and builder keeps his promises regarding timeline of completion of project..1.5 km from highway but the road condition is very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros : 1) Biggest advantage is pune Bangalore highway is 5 min away which bypass city traffic if you have weekend plans to escape city faster.
2) VJ is reputed builder of pune ,got possession as committed by builder on same date- 31st December 2018.
3)Strong build quality,space management inside flat/society is good. With traditional family values,they have kept Pooja room. We liked it ☺️
4) Hinjewadi can be easily reached (6km) as well as University circle (12km) within time of 30 min.
5) I like society location. 5 minutes walk from society towards Neelanchal will pull you in natural habitat. So it's well connected with city as well as natural landscape.
2020 update : Tar roads is done till society from school end.
