★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't be fooled with the advertisements of DTDC. Other couriers like India Post, Blue Dart are much quicker and efficient. DTDC Customer Service Centre DOESN'T pick up the phone and their branch office (Bhusawal) was extremely rude and ill-mannered. A promised 2 day letter delivery from Nashik to Bhusawal was extended to 4 days, even after using a fast service, despite requests of urgency by me and false promises by the company.
