★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I need to write this review to save your money and time. One of dealers sent an important package from Gujrat and it has never been delivered I am taking follow-up from customer care also wrote on Twitter about this issue. No one is ready to respond key points are.
1) delivery boy mentioned fake name sign and contact number
2) Customer care team don't have information and every time just responds that they have escalated this issue.
3) no tracking for escalation no communication on email no response from anybody
4)I think they just keep parcel that they need to deliver.
I will fight this till the end even I have to lose money from my pocket. Frustrated with this company.
