★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its not worth to send a parcel through dtdc. My father sent a parcel on Friday , they assured me that if the parcel would be sent in express then it would reach on Monday. when I checked on Monday the parcel had already reached at pari chowk dtdc in morning. But its Tuesday now and I have not received my parcel. they charged me a lot extra for this still haven't got my parcel on the assured date.
Its better to use govt speed postal service. DTDC services are pathetic according to the money they charge. On the top of that customer service is never available.

My package was supposed to be delivered on 4 May and its 9 May today and I've already rescheduled the delivery 7 times. They did not attempt the delivery neither I received a call from them. And now they are saying my address is wrong.

No movement in shipment, wasting time unnecesarily. Seller is from Noida Sector 18, taking 4-5 days delivering to greater noida, the distance between the buyer and the seller is just 35kms and 40 mins of drive, still they are shameless and wasting time, upon raising a query, they simply say that it is under TAT, so they we waste days and will deliver on the last day of TAT only.
