★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited for booking a courier package on a Sunday. I made a phone call before visiting to be sure of directions and whether it opens on Sunday to accept bookings. When I visited, there were no other customers, so my package was booked smoothly. The invoice was made manually, as the computer or their system was at working that time. My package was delivered in time to the recipient. One has to pay Rs 50 extra if you have to opt for tamper proof sealed poly packing with a unique bar code. One can pay through cash, card or PayTm. Overall, a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The booking agent charged Rs 200 for a package for lucknow. Seven days later, the package has still not been delivered. The website was not updated for four days and now it is showing returned due to damage. Delivery was not even attempted at the destination address. The attitude of the delivery clerk is pathetic and the manager even worse. DO NOT even dream of using DTDC. Better to send by Speedpost, at least you can complain to somebody properly.
