★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 11:33am the delivery driver calls and says, sir im below your building, please come and collect the courier. It took me 7-8 minutes to reach below. And this delivery guy left off. saying office mai aake collect karlena. He cant even wait for 8 mins. I on the other hand had paid for express delivery as i needed my computer for my job. I called the branch. he said sir he must have waited for more than 10-15 minutes and he left. I said i need it please arrange a delivery today. I had to request. he said aake laker jao or else kal hum dange. i said i need it now. And the guy said jo karna hai karo nahi milega aaj. I have the call records of how much he waited and how many times he called in those 10 minutes. Such bad service i tell you. The customer care will just note your complain and nothing will be done. A complaint has to be filed against such people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lightning fast service even on ordinary courier. Delivers to lesser known outskirts of Mumbai as well. I suggest go for ordinary courier rather than express in case your parcel is not that urgent since routine delivery usually reaches within 48 hrs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had very good experience as I had to send 12 kg (by volume) dresses and sarees for a wedding at Bhubaneshwar.The service they provided was too good as they provided pick up facility to nearby locations and the courier I had to sent reached the destination safely within 2 days.Would definitely like to use their services again and highly recommend.
