I had an important certificate from my college that too my college was in mumbai and the staff there didnt deliver it to my house and delayed it for 14 days and after that when i went to collect it the person over there didnt even take the effort to search and asked me to come on monday. They are taking money from us for the service and this kinda service is being provided.
If possible choose some other place to get things delivered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not the first time that the so called Professional Courier has disappointed me. Every time they manage to come up with a new low. This time I was sent a courier from Chennai, a first crop of my cousin's farm. They received the the next day and didn't even bother to inform us forget delivering! Finally I traced their head office and realised that they put their landline phone on silent so that nobody questions them. After a lot of hassle I went to my local courier office and it was less than 100 meters from my address!!! When I blasted them they say we don't have staff.
Well needless to say after staying inside this stupid courier office for more than a week everything was rotten and spoilt.
NEVER trust this UNprofessional courier service with your valuables.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parcel from Chennai to Navi Mumbai arrives at their Kurla sorting office on 27th September. It doesn't come from Kurla to Seawoods till 30th. I call on the 1st evening and after multiple attempts, the phone is picked up. The executive then tells me that on the 30th, his chap apparently set out to deliver but there was a rain so he couldnt. Don't couriers deliver inspite of a small spell of rain? Anyway I ask when it will be delivered. He says on the 4th, as 2nd is a holiday. However, the office will be open and the parcel may be collected personally. Which is what I finally did. And this is not my first unprofessional experience with these guys.
