★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An absolute shame on the name hard rock.
I was there on a Saturday evening, super excited to get wasted listening to rock music. As soon as we entered they were playing pop music, after couple of songs we asked them don’t you guys play rock music. The response was on Saturday everyone prefers pop. Have some regard for the name, the stereo system is not good it’s just loud and we lost it when they played one love. I went there with such hopes, please avoid if you are going there thinking about the music. They had cover charges so we had to have something, the LIIT is the worst zero alcohol in in served in a 200ml glass. Terrible experience, went to BSE after that to save the evening atleast that place has a good vibe.
This branch is an absolute shame to brand and the name.

But if you are coming here to hear some authentic Hard Rock music you may be disappointed as its not exclusively Rock but mostly Popular Music if there is no Band performing live. So suggest you check out if there is a live performance here if your priority is Music over food an drinks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hard rock is a brand in itself. Really happy that it's now in navi mumbai and in one of the happening malls. The cafe is part of airspace within the mall. Next to cinepolis it's an ideal place for eating out and listening to classics.
Staff is really courteous and definitely go out of way to make sure patrons are looked at. Even little kids are taken care off by staff by playing with them
Seating is ample but honestly there must be bit of separation between seatings to keep a tab on covid protocols(even though people are double vaccinated who come to mall)
Ambience is ok, you can't compare it with Bengaluru one or even Gurgaon one. Maybe due to crowd
Music is good as usual
Food is also nicely preped and for its stature the price is fine.
Must visit if you in seawoods grand Central mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If u want to spend your evening bit differently then this could b your destination for the evening . Situated just within the food park of seawood mall makes it super convenient to reach the place. Interior and ambiance is cool with some unique offerings. If u r visiting on week ends then visiting early will get you the preferred seats in the restaurant. It has a huge screen and a small stage, you can enjoy live IPL matches from there. Good staffs but still opportunities to improve their turn around time. Food is really tasty, though I m not sure how healthy it could be because we tried max deep fried items. Photos are of fish and chips and Messi burger. Messi burger was their unique offering and we liked it. So if you are around place is recommended for a different evening.

Place is clean and covid rules and regulations set by government are followed properly. There is a small shop at right when you enter to buy hard Rock signature t-shirts and other gears.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely place for spending time with friends or with family. Good selection of alcohol. Food is very good in terms of quality and quantity. The ceiling height is quite high and makes the place look even more spacious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has the vibes of classic vintage feels. You see collectibles hanging and lying all over the place. Great songs being played over here (classic ones). Great vibes over the weekend. Food is best over here and little over budget friendly. Drinks are little over priced. One problem i faced when i visited here is with the "Service" as the crowd increased their quality of service degraded. Its understandable but could've been managed more properly since the staff is enough to handle a good amount of crowd.
Overall best place to hangout with your friends, chill out or may be have a reunion over here ;)
Atlast the manager was sweet and was very cooperative to my situation. Kudos to him.
