★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely irresponsible attitude towards service. Even online shopping delivery service partners works better than this. By mistake I forgot to mention my society name in the address but other than that everything was mentioned to find locality or area. But I think they are too lazy to call the customer and ask for society name. They irresponsibly mentioned status that adress was incomplete means how can anyone be so irresponsible and childish that you can not call your customer. This is like how the lazy associate gives excuses to his boss about work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From 2 days my consignment is showing out for delivery. No delivery person has contacted yet, no fixed time frame confirmation. Due to important shipment i have not left home and waiting for 2 days. Every evening it's showing address insufficient, but no call received from anyone. Called to branch also, but no satisfactory confirmation. Poor , not professional service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a worst experience with these people... My consignment lied for 7 days in their office only and they didn't even bothered to call me regarding the problem. How can they be so irresponsible. Even the attender and receptionist is not mannerful in attending the customers.
