★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service provider. Don't use DTDC even if they deliver for free. Pathetic service. Everything in the box was broken and they don't claim mishandled packages. DON'T USE DTDC SERVICE EVER. They don't claim and they don't respond to your complaints too. DO NOT USE DTDC ever for free. I paid 1800rs for my big package and everything in the box is broken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to ship 2 packages, one to Delhi and one to Mumbai. I was quoted 220 and 120 respectively. For the same weight and size I'm able to schedule home pickup from DTDC app for 190(90 shipping+100 home pickup) and 65 rupees for Mumbai. They just quote randomly and try to fool novice customers.
After getting reply to this review from the owner, I have verified in the app again,

Home pickup charges are 100 extra, so I would pay 195 total for home pickup. Then why should I pay Rs 220 in the shop?

We are an educational institute located in Kothrud and we have to courier our study material frequently to our students. Came to know about this franchise office as it is near to our office, and we have been associated with them for more than a year now.
