Rude behaviour + worst service = Great Combo to get flop....
It was been 9 days I was waiting for my product to reach me... Because it was returned from bhiwandi...
Bhiwandi dtdc centre wale bolte hai hume nahi pata sir Kopar Khairane call kijie . Aur yhaaa calll karo toh uthate nahi..
And then uhtaake b bolte sir we don't know??
Is it courier service? Or something else...
I'll see to it that noone nf my friend will go to dtdc ever...

โ โ โ โ โ Pathetic service by Jitendra Thakur. Very rude behaviour. No sense how to speak with customers.
He called and ask me to pick your courier, i said him that please deliver this to my destination. He said he is not going to do this, and he said he will return the package back to past previous destination. I need that package so went there at DTDC courier office at koperkhairne sector 4a office. And its was worst experience there. He was saying ki "Customer ake Bhauk raha hai, marne de customer ko."
@DTC please look into this , he is the behind your bad customer experience. Please remove him ASAP.

โ โ โ โ โ DTDC is a very professional courier service. This shop is accurately marked in Google maps. It's a small shop but open till late hours & ample parking space around it. I had to courier travel bag with clothes inside it worth 18kg to an ngo. Approximate charges are 80/kg. They pack it nicely & ensure package is not tempered during transit. Good job.
