★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never send your courier through this branch as the manager Mr. Rahul is most unprofessional and rude person to talk to. He promised me delivery to location and rate on the phone, but when I actually took the package to there office they did not deliver to that location secondly the rates trippled. Package was promised to be sent by speed post and charged three times the speed post rate. To my horror the package was never sent and kept lying in there office. Finally I got it back. Mr. Rahul was neither apologetic nor bothered. Very unfortunate experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst DTDC branch ever. If you have to courier though DTDC, please choose another outlet. I would not even rate them one star for the following reasons:
1. On the phone they told me a very steep rate (double that of normal dtdc charge)and when I confronted, they lowered the rate.
2. Thet sent someone at 10:30pm to collect the boxes (whilst we had called at 7pm) and they calculated the cost and took payment. Next at 11:30pm, they call me and said that the boxes would have volumetric cost with measurements absolutely incorrect (they did the measurement in front of me at the time of pickup and the one they told me on the phone was absolutely incorrect) and said that I have to pay thrice more or have the boxes picked up the next day. I requested them over and over on the account that I had to travel the next morning but they were like it's your headache not ours. They hung up on me and I called all the outlets but all were closed and were answered by security guards.
3. Finally I had spoken to one person and with final agreeable price (yes I did pay the extra again), they said it would take a 5 days max and will be sent via train but when I checked dtdc in my locality to check the status, they informed me that it was sent via road and would take 10-15days.
It has been a nightmare to deal with these people and I sincerely request you all to choose another DTDC outlet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to send some very important documents to my hometown. I submitted it to these guys on 16-dec and they charged me triple since it was going through express delivery. The guy promised that it will delivered on Monday or Tuesday. However they delivered it today even though their normal delivery would have meant it to be delivered on Wednesday.
They also just have simple normal sized envelopes only unlike other ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are currupt ...these people insist you to make insurance of the parcel if you deny they remove or theft the material from parcel . The staff and the owner Rahul both are of the same catagory . The staff is doing this in the knowledge of Mr Rahul. When complained Mr Rahul simply said go and found the delivery boy as we are not responsible. Two more known to confirm the same. SHAME .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there and asked if my parcel will be delivered at respective address. they said yes, it will be delivered but it wasn't delivered and when I ask about the problem they said we don't provide service at your given address.they returned my parcel saying it's not their fault.
