โ โ โ โ โ DTDC courier service has very poor service. I have a parcel lying in their Pimpari branch since the 5th. But till now they have not delivered at the given address on the parcel. No one attends the call when calling and their service is very poor.

Had to wait on hold for 15 min and then the call was cut. Online query/complaint form doesn't work.
If you want a reliable logistics partner for your business, stay away from DTDC

โ โ โ โ โ Very pathetic service no one responds the call and the mobile is switched off. They did not even tried to call me to deliver my product and simply they rescheduled but from last 3 days the shipment it is with them.

โ โ โ โ โ Worst courier service team. They did not even visited my place and marked nobody at home. This is really disgusting already they are late by 3 days. And on calling their numbers are switched off. Disgusting service

โ โ โ โ โ They never attempt to deliver or call up neither answer calls and return the package to the consignor with broken and faulty contents in the packages. Also they give any wierd reasons for non delivery.
The reasons they give is customer asking for delivery at another location/ office closed/ wrong address etc which is not true. But they never call up the consignee to confirm the address

โ โ โ โ โ worst service how can u say that receiver not available, iam available 24/7 you mention receiver not available. my parcel came from delhi in 2 day but dtdc pimpri branch delaying to provide the parcel... and mention wrongly comment

โ โ โ โ โ Extremely pathetic. I read the reviews and saw the pattern. They never called or came to deliver my parcel and yet updated on tracker that the receiver is not available. The phone is switched off. There is no way to contact them. I am surprised how they are still operating despite so many complaints.

โ โ โ โ โ Absolutely useless service. We live in Dehugaon and though they have a franchisee, he does not bother to take calls nor do DTDC deliver item to Dehu. Last time the parcel came in a damaged condition and rats had entered and spoiled things inside. This time they have not delivered stating incomplete address though even mobile number is given to them. I will tell all never to send anything through this courier.
