What a rubbish customer care service.... You call them....Still they don't do anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ F11775462 is my consignment number.. it has reached Mumbai Apex Hub on 19th december 2019.. From there its not moved to the destination. Since its was an emergency package, it was sent via air cargo. Generated many enquiry forms to find the reason for undelivery and no one has given a reply. Such a waste service. Till today (28-12-2019) the shipment hasn't moved to destination. Either deliver the shipment or sent the item back and revert the amount i have paid ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parcel is still in transit since 22nd May. Worst courier company. Since last 7 days it shows me Mumbai Apex location. When is it going to get delivered. Contact number is useless. Calls are directed to automated voice system.

These people dont respect an urgent consignment, instead they have kept mine lying over there for over 2 days after it arrived from delhi(just waiting for it to be sent to vashi branch). No Respect for SUCH PEOPLE, hence no business with them from now on.

Just becouse of you my family suffer whose responsible for this Support service also worst automaticaly disconnected after 23 number in que . i tried several time but no reply. once simple question to DTDC . if you not desirved then why you charge money .its a frod .seroiusly close down the company . j
