β β β β β The staff is very arrogant to talk. And the office staff will not talk to you directly, rather they make the delivery staff talk to you and the delivery staff is extremely arrogant to talk. Recently I had an important courier and they said they will not deliver to my place and I'll have to collect it. When I requested them to deliver it to the address just few buildings away from their office the delivery person told me he will not give.
This is the first experience I m having with any courier company where the service is pathetic and the staff iis extremely arrogant
