β β β β β Worst experience had ever, after 3 months of not getting my documents getting delivered and no update. After several enquiry on this shop they were not able to get my documents back. I had to personally call other branch office of them to get it back from Vasai. My hard earned money which was to be get from medical claim documents submission was failed due to their negligence.
Hope DTDC concern person should take care of this nallasopara east branch

β β β β β Not that satisfied with the services ..they say they charge 100 rs for normal courier which will take 3-4 days delivery Nd for 280rs it will take 2-3 days urgently...i don't think so it takes this much time for urgently courier...if you will go by train it takes hardly 2and 1/2 hr to go anywhere...and that too one day going and coming ...expensive and time taking service

β β β β β They did not receive my parcel. And on my tracking it was showing it is deliver with my phone number how this is possible? After calling them they said you will get your parcel today but itβs so many days now I dint got my parcel. Parcel is with them. fake people, fake courier company.
