Tried calling them but no update.
They are only not updated about courier.
Will not recommend to use this services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could rate it in Negatives. Gave a Shipment for courier from Pune to Mumbai, its been 16 days, it has still not be delivered. Apparently they have lost my shipment carrying camera. And now the owner has to say, its not my duty or look out. Talk to higher management. Such an irresponsible franchisee. DTDC should look at this. You have lost a loyal customer.

It happened 3 times. For my 5 KG parcel, he charged & booked through 'Flight' but dispatched via Ground transfer (Surface) which took 7 to 8 days to reach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This particular branch of DTDC has its own rate card. The courier rates are highest at this branch. Initially I had enquired about the rates at another DTDC branch n was told ₹165. But couldn't send the courier from that branch n reached NIBM DTDC where I was told ₹200 for the same parcel. When asked about the difference in the rates they had no answer but to say we will charge ₹200 for this parcel. Finally I sent the courier from. a third DTDC branch who charged me ₹135. Such rate difference in every DTDC branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DTDC at RIMS square is a branch / franchise of DTDC Courier company. It is well staffed, well provided, courteous place. The staff is professional and well behaved. They accept digital payments. It is my favourite place for sending out courier within and out of India.
