★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class service from dtdc not deliverd in time evey time you need to go to there branch & pick up ur courier by self n also taking home delivery charges. Thiscis my last booking for Dtdc. Worst service as per name if there is minus rating i will give -5 star rating for this brand

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I have to drive 10+10 Kms to collect parcel. They even not call you for non delivery at your area. Also If I self collect the parcel from them in the tracking they will show out for delivery and then after 3-5 mins delivered. You should show proper picture to Management about your inefficiency to deliver parcel at door step. You should give code number self-collect by customer rather than out for delivery and theb delivered. What a non sence approach.
This is just a gimmick from there side to keep the delivery work at minimal level and put sand inside eyes of Management and customers. They are arrogant too. Will not show any enthusiasm in work as people has drived at your step to collect parcel. So you should give importance to them rather waisting time in eating and gossiping.
DTDC management and CEO #Suvhasish Chakrabarty should take a proper step to rectify wrong doing. Else people will surely have a different taste for sure. Just close shop if you are unable to deliver and don't accept parcel for delivery if you cant deliver at door step.
Hope clear indication to CEO and its management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst courier service I have ever seen. it was showing that my parcel is out for delivery since 3 days. tried contacting the office via phone but they don't answer the calls. They answered the call once and then just kept the number on busy. There are no details as where my package is. Just that Its Out for Delivery since a forever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a very bad experience from your US Delivery services. We were promised by your office staff that our parcel will reach on Nov 3. We could’ve sent it by other courier services but, we chose your delivery services because you promised to deliver it during Diwali. Our parcel has not yet reached despite paying for it more than other courier services charge!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uneducated People over here. Worst people & worst Service, they don't even know, how to talk with customers. Even though they made a mistake, they never feel sorry for that, more over they speak as there is not their mistake. They sent the Parcel or other City instead of given destination mentioned on Parcel/Consignment Receipt. More worse was DTDC Customer Support, they raised a Ticket as soon as I sent email to them & immediately closed it, as they don't want to show any kind of complaints in pipeline. Instead of Chandigarh 160030 - they mentioned Sonepat - 131001.
