They don't have even 1% of professionalism in them. Also many times they cancel the order or make any status changes on their own. Pathetic and miserable service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 star is also too much for this company. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER..They keep delaying your pick up, they don't share the contact number of the delivery or pick up guys.they don't call you and keep saying that your phone number wasn't available...ugh, so pathetic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even 1 star is not valuable for the customer care service they provide along with the delivery. I don't understand why bigger brands even partners with such type of company where literally pratima are not even above 2.5
It's such disappointing that my order was supposed to delivered on ETA but it's not yet delivered. I can only receive msg from this guys but when contacted no response from their end. How are these people doing their business yet . My other orders were delivered yet these people are facing voice restraints. As if other delivery companies are free of covid.
You guys should really shut down your business if you're not at all interested in delivering quality services to clients and that of customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer care service. Even if you connect through call there wont be anyone speaking from other end. Delivery guys number are closed. False claim everytime that buyer is not home. There is no option to contact this pathetic courier company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ imy package was supposed to be delivered on 1st april and they really made me fool. then they changed the delivery partner and expected delivery date was 5th again they changed the partner and the delivery date was 7th. today is 11th and i havent received my package. continous mailing to them i cant get proper response from the courier service. i had already paid online payment for my package. they dont deliver but say customer not available. no one came at my address but are saying customer not available. worst ever service. if u cant run it close down ur service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service.. did not deliver my order stating that delivery agent could not locate the address. All other courier services are delivering all kinds of goods to my address and only this person could not deliver. Truth is they did not make any effort. No delivery agent called me on my number to ask for location bor to inform that they could not locate the address. When I tried to call on the given mobile number. They said it is unavailable.
This is worst courier service I have encountered so far. Local couriers are much more efficient.. horrible horrible worst worst service ever.. I feel we should not order from the companies who have tie up with xpressbees
