★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The courier came to my building but did not call at my number. The payment had been made but he did not leave the packet with the security people at the gate in these Corona times. They requested but he had an argument with them and took the packet back and instead sent the wrong message that the area is in containment zone and so the delivery could not be made. Wrong address and no telephone number is given in their website. I had to go myself to take my item. Worst service.. will never use it again.

This company should ban .Because this is not courier partner .It is just fraud partner .From three days its courier partner delivery boy falsely update excuses

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The biggest fraud delivery agents I have experienced... My prepaid shipment from ajio they failed to deliver twice... I get pin otp by sms. The delivery executive doesn't pick up the phone.. I tried 15 times today... I have all evidences... Something has to be done of such FRADULENT delivery companies

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service provider, Online it is showing that delivery attempted but wrong address. Worst service ethics for any company. After reaching the product, it's delivered after a week, when I am following up daily with them...wrost service, Irresponsible people handling the service wont take phone calls. Frustrated with their approach.
