Much smaller courier service providers offer better and prompt services than the renowned DTDC. Experienced delays in shipments frequently. Had our office contract with DTDC but due to poor service shifted it to other service provider..DTDC tries to charge like Bluedart /DHL on in line with them but their service is no where near to BLUEDART/DHL. DTDC Shipments also show same status for 2-3 days on their website when tracked. Really disappointing form such a so called reputed company.
