★ ★ ★ ★ ★ F11891363 is the tracking number of courier. I ordered my goods from Amazon and it was to be delivered via DTDC. However I'm surprised to see an SMS coming to me saying the courier has been returned. They did not even call me once. I tried calling their Master Franchisee Office in Shivaji Nagar, Pune but no one answered even after calling them many times. This is very poor quality of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 of my parcel was coming from DTDC courier service. I wanted to enquire about the status of parcel as it was showing in Shivaji nagar branch. So, I just called and called and called. My call was not even received. I just don't understand that if you can't handle queries from customers, then why open a business at all?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They rarely answer phone call. When they answer they lied that there is no one for delivery due to lockdown and told us to collect. When we went for collection there were almost 6 vehicles just standing idle and drivers doing timepaas. Many customers has come there to pick up their parcel, so it shows that everybody was told same lie that no staff. Not at all professional team and very bad turnaround time despite charging almost 4 times of normal courier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give it 0 stars, I would. They don't pick up calls, they are extremely slow, and the other numbers are all switched off. To deliver an urgent parcel to a location 6 minutes away, they have taken more than 5 days. Horrible impression, and I hope the staff changes effective immediately if DTDC doesn't want a bad name.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is not very good. Receptionist was only polite. Other employees are arrogent. Solved my issue after 1.30 hr. I was waiting in the office. Overall DTDC's service is good.
