★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service, they always shows Out Foe Delivery and at the end of day UNDELIVERED.
After contacting them, they said parcel yet not received so once they do then they will deliver.
It happens for 3 days. Later I had to go by myself and found that my parcel was already there thrown at one corner.
This is my worst experience with DTDC. Not recommended. They should fire such workers who don't take their jobs seriously and don't know the importance of delivering the parcel on time.
P.S. If you are thinking its fake profile then kindly check properly. And my review is a genuine one. I have expressed what I have faced with your service.
If you don't believe me, ask the lady who used to pick up the phone. Ask her that in the month of March 2021 1st week, I called her continuously for 3 days. And she always says that parcel is yet not received, we will deliver once we receive it.
But the parcel was thrown at one corner when I went there to to check the status of my parcel.

The service is easily available, except holidays.
