★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst courier service. Took 9 days to deliver my parcel and even not delivered at home. We have to pickup from vijay nagar office. Shameless guys taking lot of money and not giving the services properly. Never ever prefer Dtdc.

I've recently sent a parcel from Delhi to Namsai in Arunachal Pradesh, it was a box containing goods of worth around 1000 rupees and it costed me almost 400 rupees to send the parcel. The parcel was never delivered , there was no phone call to the recipient which clearly meant that the parcel never reached . After 6-7 days I went and enquired why the parcel never reached , to my horror the parcel was returning back from guwahati (a city near Namsai). I got back the parcel I sent from Delhi but my refund was never made . If it was a matter of some few bucks within 100 rupees I would have let go, but the amount that I paid for was not small considering the worth of the item in the parcel . Really disappointed at DTDC , please refrain from using DTDC as they only know how to deliver scams . Also to the ones reading this advice your friends and families to refrain from DTDC

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst DTDC courier service in whole of India. This centre couldn't be any more worse. They simply keep goods in their hub and don't deliver it as promised. They prefer people to pick their goods themselves. They don't have a proper phone number to facilitate customer's queries. How can someone be so careless ? We pay for our service, we don't expect you to deliver them at any free of cost. Hire more disciplined people and get rid of couch potatoes.
